I’ve spent years working with a wide range of people—from athletes to everyday clients—supporting them through injury, improving how they move, and helping them get back to doing what they enjoy.
In the clinic, my focus is on keeping you moving as much as possible while you recover. I combine hands on treatment with tailored rehabilitation programs to build strength, regain confidence, and help you return stronger.
Alongside my clinic work, I have experience across multiple sports including rugby, running, elite tennis and strength training. I now work within county rugby and support Great Britain in Ultimate Frisbee. I also regularly treat clients with general aches and pains, whether from desk based work or more physical jobs.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about staying fit. You’ll usually find me running, strength training, or taking on ultra marathon challenges. I also have a background in gymnastics, which shaped my understanding of movement early on.
